Obligation to inform about a signed contract
The client needs to inform the placement agency immediately if an applicant is engaged and a contract is signed. |

remain property of Smienk Consulting. All the given documents and
information need to be treated fully confidential. Under no
circumstances may these documents and information be given to another
person or company.
Responsibility
By the signature
of
the contract of employment between the employee and the employer, the
company Smienk Consulting will be discharges from any responsibility.
