By
using the services of Smienk Consulting, the client is accepting the
terms and conditions mentioned below.
Placement
fees
In the event of the
client employing a candidate proposed by Smienk Consulting, then a fee
shall be paid by the employer to the agency in accordance with the
following scale:

The fees are payable within
30 days.
Refund
Smienk
Consulting will refund the client the following percentage of the
placement fee should any candidate leave employment within the first
three months.
within the first month (1 – 30 days) –
100%
within the first two months (31 – 60 days) – 50%
within
the first three months (61 – 90 days) – 25%
We
have special conditions for management candidates.
Data confidentiality
The
documents and information, which are given by Smienk Consulting, remain
property of Smienk Consulting. All the given documents and information
need to be treated fully confidential. Under no circumstances may these
documents and information be given to another person or company.
Obligation to inform about a
signed contract
The client needs to
inform the
placement agency immediately if a candidate is employed and a contract
is signed.
Responsibility
By
the signature of the contract of employment between the employee and
the employer, Smienk Consulting will be discharges from any
responsibility.
Applicable
laws
Any
differences between the client and Smienk Consulting need to be solved
in the jurisdiction of Vevey. This contract is governed and protected
by the Swiss law.
